Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Possibly, if your order has not shipped yet we will do our best to modify it. Send us an email with what you ordered, what day you ordered it, and what you would like changed. If it has already shipped see our return/exchange policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.

How do I know my order went through?

An order confirmation is automatically sent to the designated email after you place your order. If you cannot find the confirmation email, even after searching your spam folder, we probably did not receive your order.

If you believe you have been charged but did not receive the confirmation please email us. In the email, provide the product you ordered, the date you ordered it and the name on the credit card. We will make sure to get everything straightened out.
